This was by far our favorite of 4 hotels during a recent California family trip. The hotel is a quick and safe walk to Orlando South Orange Blossom Trail and the Avenue of Stars. The parking is safe and secure. The rooms are not fancy, but are spacious, very comfortable, and extremely clean. The place was great. It is a happy place; every member of the staff greeted us as if we were visiting friends.
The reviews here are insane to me. The hotel was super cheap and close to everything, the staff were all helpful, and our room was clean and smelled great upon arrival. Never saw any bugs but wouldn't have been shocked or offended if I had, it's Florida and its hot and humid. OBT is not a fancy location and there might be some ruckus outside but if you're surprised that your cheap hotel is like that you need a reality check. This hotel did us great on short notice and I'd stay again.
Went for double terrace with terrace - well worth the extra money. Relaxing on the terrace looking out over the rooftops of Orlando and the Central was a real treat. Staff very helpful and friendly. No tea or coffee in rooms a minor negative. But otherwise the cleanliness and provisions are superb, and beds very comfortable.
This hotel was immaculate!! Staff was constantly wiping counters, mopping floors, and loved that the rooms did not have carpet!!! I'm sorry, but you just can't keep carpet clean - vinyl floors are the way to go, the whole room smelled fresh and clean.
My wife and I truly loved this hotel. If you can, make sure to stay in one of the top-floor rooms. (We stayed in room 3.) The view of the central and the private patio were just perfect. The room was clearly updated or recently-built. The bed was an actual king-sized bed, not two twins pushed together. The bathroom was a little small, but very nicely done
Absolutely my best hotel experience. Staff were extremely nice “ Jason” everything was a priority. They are always happy to help you. The room was amazing and well put together as well. Shout out to the front desk for really helping out. Jason did a wonderful job. I recommend it if you're coming down to Florida! 10/10
We came in late and all the quieter rooms were taken, and when traveling with a baby that’s no good. Staff was amazing and understood our worries. He helped us move and was very helpful with anything we needed. The rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Great hotel
The black guy with the dreads saved the night, arrow motel was a freak show so glad we didn't stay there but here it's better and again the staff was amazing in everything way, wish we knew his name because he is the guy for his help and services he is the reason I would come back he is God sent so if you see this thank you again and God is going to bless you big time for this but yea he made our morning better. It's a good place to stay for your layover flight so I'd recommend for a short stay
